As a Bartender/Server at Bar430, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mixing and serving a variety of beverages with precision and flair.
• Taking food and drink orders with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Providing excellent customer service by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar and dining area.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
• Following all safety and health guidelines to keep our environment safe for everyone.

We’re seeking someone with the following skills and qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a bartender or server.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with drink recipes and serving techniques is a plus.
