An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support to students in a school-based setting near New London, NH. This contract position is ideal for professionals with expertise in selective mutism and a commitment to fostering positive outcomes for students. The assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through June 21, 2027. With a manageable caseload and clear expectations, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference while maintaining flexibility in your week.
Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid New Hampshire BCBA licensure is required
- Demonstrated experience delivering services to students with selective mutism
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain thorough documentation
- Effective communication for collaborating with educational teams and families
- Commitment to evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative ABA services to a small caseload of three students
- Offer expertise in assessment, intervention planning, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate records and complete required administrative documentation
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with school staff to support student success
- Deliver all services during one, dedicated 8-hour day each week for consistency
