Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Aventura at Shiloh Springs | Trotwood, OH Aventura at Shiloh Springs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) environment where patient-centered care and clinical excellence are top priorities. Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist residents in achieving their highest level of mobility, independence, and quality of life. Accurately document treatments and progress using Net Health . Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Maintain compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations. Qualifications: Current Ohio PTA license in good standing. SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required. Experience with Net Health preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Passion for providing high-quality resident care.
