The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population. This role requires proficiency in the Meditech electronic health record system. Responsibilities Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical unit. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must possess a valid RN license in Tennessee. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
