Overview As the Store Manager at Pandora, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand culture and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. We are looking for a passionate leader who can inspire and coach a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to exceed sales goals and create unforgettable shopping moments. Responsibilities Embrace the store culture and act as a brand ambassador with passion for our jewellery. Drive store sales and exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with our fans. Set and exceed commercial targets and KPIs, achieving remarkable success. Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations through excellent product knowledge and loyalty building. Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real‑time feedback and guidance to empower them in reaching their KPI goals. Build loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions. Identify and recruit top talent for Assistant Store Manager, Sales Lead, and Sales Associate positions. Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR team to resolve performance issues and ensure compliance with policies. Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and efficient operational processes. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with people at all levels. Business acumen and analytical thinking to drive positive results. Talent‑magnet skills: recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, including succession planning and internal mobility. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Legal eligibility to work in the United States and be at least 18 years of age. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, standing for extended periods, and lifting 50+ pounds.
