Healthcare United is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, permanent role we have available in the Greater DeMotte area of Indiana .
Step into a busy Family Medicine practice with an established patient base and physician colleagues. Telehealth complements in-person visits in a role centered on long-term patient relationships.
What You Can Expect- Patient/Case Volume: Approximately outpatients daily
- Procedures / Clinical Scope: Outpatient Family Medicine , preventive care, and telehealth
- Support Staff / Resources: Collegial Family Medicine physician team
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
