365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers in the San Antonio, TX area for a paid 4 to 6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This opportunity is designed for new drivers seeking hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a clear path into regional routes across Texas and the South Central U.S. Candidates should be prepared to develop safe driving habits and transition into a steady solo role.

What this position offers:

• Paid 4 to 6 week mentor training with an experienced driver
• $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training
• Weekly pay by direct deposit
• Regional routes across Texas, the Southwest, and nearby states

Route responsibilities:

• Begin in a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills
• Transition into solo regional assignments after training
• Operate dry van freight on regional routes throughout Texas and the South Central region
• Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
• Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
• No prior over-the-road experience required
