Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Educational Technician II or III certification required
• Experience as a Paraprofessional or within a school setting highly preferred
• Ability to assist with individualized and group instruction under teacher supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to working with students
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing classroom needs
• Reliable, collaborative, and eager to contribute positively to students’ growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in implementing life skills-based curriculum for K-5 students
• Assist with classroom activities, small group work, and one-on-one support as directed
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Encourage student independence and social development through guided interactions
• Provide feedback to teachers regarding student progress and behavior
• Help with classroom organization, setup, and basic clerical tasks
