Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Surgical Technologist (ST) in Aspen, Colorado. This role involves maintaining the sterile field and instrumentation for all surgical procedures, preparing the operating room and supplies for each case, and collaborating with the perioperative team to provide high-quality patient care according to standards. The position requires working daytime shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on July 13, 2026.

Job Details

• Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Unrestricted license to practice as a Surgical Technologist (ST) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date; orthopedics experience; DaVinci Robot experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, which may be obtained upon hire; 2 years recent operating room experience preferred; Surgical Technologist certification (NCCT TS-C or NBSTSA CST) preferred; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: 2 years recent operating room experience; Surgical Technologist certification (NCCT TS-C or NBSTSA CST); bilingual in Spanish.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be healthy enough to safely function in a low oxygen environment at high altitude (8,000 feet). Housing is the responsibility of the traveler, with options in surrounding towns; typical rent for a 1-bedroom apartment in nearby areas is approximately $3,500 per month. No specific time off requests are being accepted for this assignment.
