TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Santa Rosa, California, 95405!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Valid state nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP required Must-Have: Labor and delivery experience and postpartum experience required Description: Hard-stop: labor and postpartum experience is required. Will allow 4x12 shifts upon request. Ratios are 1:3. First-timers accepted. Block scheduling is not available. Travelers may be expected to float between similar units. Travelers will be required to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. RTO must be included at the time of submission. Daily patient census is approximately 12. This is a LDRP position. Strong precepting skills are a plus. Charting system used is Epic. Candidates must have experience in anticoagulation therapy, antihypertensives, and circulation for C-sections. Candidates should be familiar with maintaining central lines, sterile vaginal exams, and triage of obstetrical patients. Housing options should be explored prior to the assignment, as availability may be limited. References are required covering 1 year within the last 3 years during the compliance process and prior to the start. Travelers’ refusal to float may result in termination of assignment. Providers will be responsible for their communication devices needed to perform assigned duties. Modules are non-billable, averaging 16 hours spent, and are completed pre-start and annually.
