Job Description
Title: ER RN

Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shift

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 16 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- New York license or proof of application
- A minimum of 1 year of specialty experience
- Prior travel experience preferred
- Charge experience preferred
- Certifications required: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, NIHSS, TNCC (TNCC must be active or proof of class required prior to start)
- Epic experience within the past 2 years

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
- Assess patient conditions and administer appropriate treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create effective care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the medical team.
- Ensure compliance with emergency care standards and best practices.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options.

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation occurs bi-weekly on Mondays.
- All work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type) must be complete to submit.
- Public transportation is not accessible; reliable transportation is required.
- Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April.
