Provide excellent service to all casino guests who utilize our offered service.
To enhance continued economic viability and quality of life for the Nisqually Indian Tribe, our Team Members, and the neighboring communities. Creating incredible experiences. Integrity, Communication, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork.
Perform cage cashier duties according to department policy and procedure. Responsible for assigned bank drawers. Promote positive guest relations. Accurately and quickly handle a variety of money transactions.
Required skills and knowledge:
- 1 year of cash handling experience
- 6 months of front line guest service experience
- Previous 10-key experience
- Basic math skills
- Pass NRWC pre-employment testing
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License
Preferred skills and knowledge:
- 6 months of Cage Cashier or casino experience
- High volume cash handling experience
- Knowledge of Title 31
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, squat and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for assigned shift. Manual and finger dexterity for operation of equipment. Ability to tolerate a noisy, smoke-filled environment.
