Hiring: Account Director | Medical Communications

Remote, USA

Are you an experienced Account Director ready to take the lead on high-impact medical communications accounts?

We’re partnering with a growing, innovative healthcare agency looking for a client service powerhouse who can combine strategic thinking, scientific expertise, account leadership, and people management .

What you’ll be doing:

Build trusted, long-term client relationships and serve as a strategic day-to-day partner
Bring strong scientific and therapeutic-area knowledge across a range of projects and deliverables
Lead project execution, budgets, forecasting, resourcing, and overall account health
Identify opportunities for organic growth and contribute to pitches and new business
Lead, coach, and mentor account teams, helping develop talent and elevate performance
Partner closely with scientific, creative, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work

What we’re looking for:

Extensive experience within Medical Communications
Strong client-facing experience in a fast-paced agency environment
Experience managing multiple accounts and competing priorities
Proven project and financial management skills
A collaborative, people-first leadership style
Strong scientific knowledge and understanding of pharma regulations and best practices
Bachelor’s degree preferred in science, pharmacology, medicine, or a related field
