Cashier Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests energetically with a sincere “Hello, welcome to Papa Gino’s/D'Angelo's.” Ensure each guest receives exactly what they want by listening, suggesting items, repeating back orders, and being knowledgeable of the menu and the ordering system. Process orders efficiently while maintaining a friendly personality to make each guest feel special. Handle credit cards, rewards cards, and cash with focus and precision, following thorough training. Cook Responsibilities Prepare and present food according to company specifications. Use equipment, resources, and tools to prepare the best product for guests. Shift Leader Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and training Team Members.
