Summary The Manager is responsible for general store operations that produce a welcoming community atmosphere, a remarkable customer experience, an organized workspace and empowerment of each customer and employee. The Manager is accountable for all store operation functions. Focused on people and clothes, as a Manager, you are expected to provide customers with an unforgettable store experience. As a company representative, you are expected to create a comfortable atmosphere where customers feel empowered to be themselves while providing helpful product knowledge. You are expected to engage with each customer in conversation by sharing the latest arrivals, popular items, local places to visit, and where to find us online. As the Manager you will thrive to create lasting relationships with customers while ensuring the store is running at its full capacity while overseeing the execution of certain deliverables involving Inventory, Community, People Development, etc. Key Responsibilities and Skills Committed to company growth.
