Positn reqs a Bach deg (US or For Equiv) in Fin, Bus Admin, Econ, Acctg or a rel field & 7 yrs of exp in job offerd or rel role OR Master's deg (US or For Equiv) in Fin, Bus Admin, Econ , Acctg, or a rel field & 5 yrs of exp in job offerd or rel role. Must have 5 yrs of exp w/: Operationl Risk Audt (or similr) or a similr occupatn w/in an audit or second line of defense functn, or w/in financl srvices risk consultg, evaluatg Operationl Risk w/in the financl srvics indstry. Must have any demonstratd exp (DE) w/: performg risk assessents, planng & conductg audt assignmnts, supervisg auditrs, formg audt opinions, & presentg them effectivey in audt reprts; managg Risk Mgmt transformatn or remediatn projcts for financl institutns; auditg operationl risk mgmt processes; usg operatnal risk identificatn, assessmnt, & measuremnt tools; & assessg risks & controls implementd by 1st & 2nd lines of defense functns. *Telecommutg permittd 40%: wrk may be performd w/in norml commutg distnce to the BNP Paribas RCC, Inc office in Jersey City, NJ.
