Our facility includes Sanford Medical Center and Sanford Clinic located in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. The role offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient practice settings. Join a robust Behavioral Health team comprising 6 Psychologists, 2 Psychiatrists, and Master’s Level Therapists. A new 16-bed state-of-the-art inpatient psychiatric unit was opened in 2015. Thief River Falls qualifies as a HPSA site. Compensation Package Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan, including a comprehensive benefits package such as health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, paid time off, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. The annual compensation range (based on 1.0 FTE) is $110,422 - $142,899, with the potential to exceed this through personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be available. Actual offers depend on education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice, and specific job requirements.
