Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Pennsylvania state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist. (Client-specific requirement.)
• Experience providing care in home health settings or community-based care preferred.
• Experience managing caseloads that cover multiple zip codes and travel between patient homes preferred.
• Ability to travel within Lancaster County service area and maintain reliable transportation. (Client-specific requirement.)

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital-affiliated home health.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift.
• Assignment Duration: 13 week travel assignment.
• Service Area: Covers Lancaster County; clinician must be prepared to travel throughout the county and serve multiple patient residences.
