What You'll Do
Diagnose & Repair Cutting-Edge Tech: Work on the latest electric vehicles and software systems, no two days are the same.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with mobile, virtual & field tech specialists, and support staff to ensure every vehicle runs flawlessly.Learn as You Go: Grow your expertise through ongoing training and real-world experience with the most advanced cars in the world.Support Tesla’s Mission: Play a key role in keeping our vehicles on the road, helping customers experience the future of transportation.Interact with Customers: Build relationships by explaining repairs, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth experience.Stay Ahead of Innovation: Get early access to new features, tools, and updates as Tesla continues to evolve.
What You'll Bring
Communication Skills: Clear, effective communication across a wide range of topics with customers and colleagues.
