Certified Nursing Assistant
The North Dade Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) duties, as defined by the State of Florida, will be performed, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, grooming, and other basic care needs.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents, families, and caregivers.
Assist with medication administration, as needed.
Maintain accurate and confidential resident records.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care experience for residents.
Demonstrate a commitment to our organization's values, including respect, empathy, and compassion.

Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
Shifts available: 7a - 3:30p, 3p - 11:30p, 11p - 7:30a.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening in accordance with state regulations.
