Morning shift, 6:00am- 2:30pm and afternoon shift 2:00pm-10:30pm

Pay: $16.50-17.25/hour

Coordinate daily shipping activities for manufactured products.
Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, labels, and export paperwork as required.
Schedule carrier pickups and deliveries with transportation providers.
Verify product quantities, packaging, and shipment accuracy before dispatch.
Maintain inventory and shipping records within ERP or warehouse management systems.
Communicate shipment status and resolve transportation-related issues.
Support production schedules by ensuring timely movement of materials and finished goods.
Monitor shipping costs and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and customer claims.
Collaborate with warehouse personnel to optimize storage and shipping workflows.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Forklift certification preferred (if applicable).

Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
