Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Opportunity at Rosegate Commons Assisted Living Full‑Time Evening Shift. Candidate must be insulin certified. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Interpersonal Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment. Requirements Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Proficient medication management skills. Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
