Production Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a Full-Time Production Supervisor to support our Audubon facility. You will assist the Warehouse Manager in leading the Production Team. Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of assembly workers with and without disabilities. Establish daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees. Manage workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity across a multiunit production line. Oversee safe use of equipment and coordinate regular maintenance. Verify production output according to specifications and quality standards. Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to the Warehouse Manager. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements. Train new employees on safe machinery use and established procedures. Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards. Assist in production line duties as needed. Identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities. Schedule employees by job function to ensure adequate coverage and productivity. Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Hands-on experience with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, fax). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Strong production focus with a drive for accurate results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Ability and willingness to work with individuals with special needs, including employees with disabilities. Experience using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools. Strong organizational and leadership skills, paired with a results-driven approach. Self-motivated with the ability to solve problems efficiently and independently.
