Responsibilities Assist in prospecting and closing new business, servicing existing customers, and supporting daily operations of the agency. Prospect and acquire new business in property, auto, and life insurance lines. Quote, bind, and process insurance policies. Respond to customer inquiries and assist with policy changes, billing, and claims support. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions. Collaborate with the agent and service center team to ensure smooth daily operations. Review applications for insurability and assist with underwriting decisions. Adapt quickly to new systems and processes in a fast‑paced environment. Skills Extremely efficient with computer processes and programs. Sales focused. Customer focused. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and aptitude for learning new programs and procedures. Team oriented with a positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance license within 30 days of hire. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
