Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities
- Develop manual test plans and test cases to evaluate product quality
- Review functional and regression testing as needed
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in conjunction with Business Stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT, Project Managers, and Business Stakeholders to fully understand requirements and specifications for testability
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed test reports, including documentation and analysis of issues found in testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Track and manage defects using Jira
- Contribute to regular project meetings, providing feedback on testing timelines and priorities
- Ensure strict adherence to established QA standards and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree
- Investment Bank experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience performing Quality Assurance work
- Superior oral & written communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize and handle multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Time management skills and ability to deliver results against strict deadlines
- Strong drive, initiative, and motivation to excel
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Experience with Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of advanced Excel and SQL
- Experience supporting change management initiatives
