Job Details Job Location: Store 429, 9190 W Cheyenne Avenue (32246 - SS5) - Las Vegas, NV 89129 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 / year Job Title: District Manager in Training Department: Operations Hiring Range: $55,000-$65,000/yr. depending on merit and experience FLSA: Exempt DOL Status: Full-time Reports to: Operations Manager Duties and Responsibilities Managing the stores in regard to daily operations, employees, payroll, merchandising, customer relations. Enforcing company and governmental rules, regulations, policies, and audits to ensure compliance. Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform all financial analyses to maximize sales and profits. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and/or carry up to 60 lbs. from ground to waist level as needed (to replenish fountain syrups, stock/maintain inventory, etc.). Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 lbs. from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of shift (with appropriate safety equipment). Ability to push and pull with arms up to a force of 20 lbs. Ability to bend at waist with some twisting up to 1 hour. Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; work requires hand-eye coordination, including climbing a ladder to retrieve materials or place signage, up to 4 hours daily. Working Conditions Perform approximately 95% of duties indoors. Exposure to intermittent indoor cold temperature extremes when working in walk-in cooler or freezer. Work in small spaces at times; work independently. Work with minimal direction and periodic supervision. Equipment, Tools, and Materials Utilize electronic equipment: POS (cash register), store telephone, lottery machine, money order machine, phone card machine, EBT machine, Western Union equipment, food-preparation equipment, etc. Utilize manual equipment: cleaning supplies (e.g., rubber gloves, mop, broom, degreaser/defoamer, etc.), flat cart, hand truck, grocery basket, etc. Handles liquids, cloth, plastic, glass, paper, rubber, and cleaning solvents.
