CHIEF Financial Officer

Company – Our client is a privately held, growth-oriented business services organization with a long-standing reputation for operational excellence and customer partnership. The organization is seeking a strategic financial executive to help guide its next phase of growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. Location – 100% on-site in the Greater Chicago area Must Have Skills: Prior experience in the private staffing, workforce solutions, or professional services industry Experience supporting staffing organizations with annual revenue exceeding $200M Demonstrated success in a CFO role, leading finance strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and operational performance Experience with Bullhorn, Greenshades, and/or Business Central ERP Responsibilities and Job Details: Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, helping shape the company's long-term strategic direction. Lead all finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning. Develop financial strategies that improve profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency. Partner with executive leadership to evaluate growth initiatives, investments, and business performance. Establish financial controls, governance, and risk management practices that support continued growth. Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making. Lead and mentor the finance organization while developing future leadership. Drive process improvements and leverage technology to enhance financial operations. Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and regulatory requirements. Support mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and other strategic initiatives as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
