Key responsibilities include:

• Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assisting customers with product or service information and answering questions about company policies and procedures
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate team members for resolution

Requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly in high-pressure situations
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
