This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patients residence./ppWhat we are looking for:/pulliCurrent State or Compact License as a Registered Nurse/liliCurrent CPR certification/liliMaintain required insurance/liliGood interpersonal skills/liliHand-eye coordination and manual dexterity/liliMust have dependable transportation and be willing to commute to the patients home/liliAbility to provide basic medical management up to medically fragile end of life care/li/ulpWe want to hear from you today if you can:/pulliExecute physician prescribed plans of care/liliComplete compliant documentation of the care provided in the system of record/liliManage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies/liliConduct patient assessments in coordination of care plan/liliPerform various activities associated with daily living/liliMonitor for changes in the patients condition such as weight loss/gain, self-care abilities, and indicators of disease progression/liliCommunicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of the patients/li/ulp$30 - $53 an hour Registered Nurse- up to $65/hour, based on years of experience.
