What You'll Be Doing: Solution Design & Implementation - Lead technical delivery of PIAM solutions for enterprise customers Customer Collaboration - Work directly with client teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful outcomes Technical Problem Solving - Troubleshoot complex integrations involving SQL Server, Active Directory, web services, and various access control platforms Project Leadership - Manage technical scope, timelines, and deliverables while mentoring junior team members System Integration - Configure and deploy solutions that integrate with existing enterprise infrastructure Ideal Candidate Profile: Experienced Professional (10+ years) who doesn't need hand-holding on basic IT concepts Strong SQL skills and comfort with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS) Customer-focused with excellent communication skills - you can explain complex technical concepts to both IT teams and business stakeholders Integration experience with applications, databases, and enterprise systems Willing to work US hours and collaborate with global teams Why This Role is Special: High Visibility & Impact - Your work directly affects how major organizations secure their facilities and manage access for thousands of employees and contractors.
