Physical Therapist Assistant, PRN
Job Summary:
SIGN ON BONUS : $3,500!!! (fulltime)
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Kingdom Care Senior Living in Fulton, MO. As a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our residents. ** Responsibilities:**
Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for residents
Conduct physical therapy treatments and interventions as directed by the physical therapist
Monitor and document resident progress, reporting changes to the physical therapist and other members of the care team
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal resident outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports as required

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Studies or related field preferred
Current certification or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Missouri
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse populations and teams
