Contract | Night Shift | 48 Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
• Perform accurate and timely documentation within Epic and other EMR systems as required
• Apply professional and supervisory discretion in emergency room patient care settings

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years required; each work history entry must identify the charting system used, with dates provided if multiple EMR systems were used within a single role
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience in an acute care facility setting
