Are you an experienced insurance sales professional who knows how to build trust, uncover customer needs, and close business?

Archer Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Full-Cycle Sales Representative to join our team. In this remote role, you'll manage the customer journey from the first conversation through policy placement, using your sales expertise to help clients find insurance solutions that fit their needs.

What You'll Do

As a Full-Cycle Sales Representative, you'll take ownership of the sales process and build meaningful client relationships.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls and inbound inquiries.

• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each client's insurance needs.

• Recommend and explain insurance products in a clear, easy-to-understand way.

• Guide prospects through the sales process from initial conversation to policy purchase.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities forward.

• Build strong relationships that encourage long-term customer loyalty.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and policy-issuance experience.

• Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and coverage options.

Compensation

$50,000–$75,000 expected annual earnings

This position offers a base salary plus commission , giving you the stability of a base while providing additional earning potential based on your sales performance.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced sales professional who is confident, organized, and customer-focused.

You should have:

• An active Property & Casualty Insurance license .

• Previous experience managing a sales process from prospecting through close.

• Strong communication skills across phone, video, and written channels.

• The ability to build trust and rapport with customers remotely.

• Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.

• Experience using CRM or sales-management tools.

• A self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented approach.

• The ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Reliable home internet access.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
