POSITION: Production A/V TechnicianDEPARTMENT: ProductionREPORTS TO: Production SupervisorFLSA STATUS: Hourly/Non-ExemptSummaryASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Production Technician for ASM Global/Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSetup, operation, breakdown, inventory, and maintenance broadcast, audio, lighting, and video equipment needs for over 200 events per yearNew Orleans Saints and Pelicans game day broadcast, Concert & Special Events A/V requirementsAssumes assigned production role and responsibilities as requiredUnderstands and responds to client needsCommunicates in a friendly, respectful, and understandable mannerDemonstrated communication, organization, and customer service skillsOperate equipment requirements for successful event productionProvide technical support throughout events as assignedWork on special projectsAll other duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
