Senior Human Resources Generalist

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to deliver hands‑on HR support for the Mentor, OH facility. This role is built for someone who enjoys daily partner work across recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records, while helping keep HR practices aligned with federal, state, and local requirements. You will work with a mix of office‑based responsibilities and occasional plant floor presence, with minimal travel as needed. What You’ll Do Recruit qualified candidates for all hourly positions to support plant production needs, including maintaining a tracking and reporting system. Build and maintain hourly and non‑exempt salaried employee files , coordinating with payroll, training, and divisional headquarters as required. Keep ADP current and accurate, including maintenance of employee timecard and badge systems . Manage relationships with temporary recruiting firms and the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services , aligned with organizational goals and ethical practices. Use best‑in‑class recruiting practices to help reduce plant turnover and overall recruiting costs . Assist with administering hourly and salary benefit programs , including orientation, registration, record keeping, communication, and troubleshooting. Coordinate a range of HR priorities, which may include personnel support, medical records , job evaluations, and benefits administration. Administer employee welfare programs such as logo clothing , holiday parties , luncheons , and staff cookouts . Maintain strong employee relations by collaborating with customers, coworkers, and management. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor, including additional responsibilities as needed. What You Bring Knowledge of the human resources discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Human Resources or Business. A practical curiosity about artificial intelligence and emerging technologies , with a willingness to adopt new tools that improve HR effectiveness, efficiency, and impact. Tools You’ll Use ADP Microsoft Office Work Location and Environment This position is onsite in Mentor, OH .
