Nurse Practitioner – Pain Management Clinic

Part-Time (2–3 days/week) or Full-Time (5 days/week)

We are looking for a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner who thrives in a dynamic environment, values collaboration, and wants to make a lasting difference in patients’ lives.

The Opportunity

This position is flexible: you can join us part-time (2–3 days/week) or full-time (5 days/week) depending on your goals and lifestyle.

• Full-Time Schedule:
• Monday & Wednesday → 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch)
• Tuesday, Thursday, Friday → 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch)
• Part-Time Schedule:
• Flexible 2–3 days within the above schedule

You’ll train across both our Blue Springs, MO and could work in Overland Park or Blue Springs but be based at a location as your main one but cover other providers as needed.

What We’re Looking For

(We’ll train the right person — but experience means starting higher on the pay scale.)

• Joint and intramuscular injection experience
• Strong orthopedic knowledge
• Workers’ compensation experience
• Outpatient clinical or surgical background
• Ability to interpret diagnostic imaging
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care

Who Will Not Be a Fit Here

This role isn’t for providers who:

• Struggle with following standard of care guidelines
• Resist direction, feedback, or collaboration
• Want to rewrite proven systems and protocols
• Deviate from approved plans of care
• Prefer to “go rogue” rather than be part of a structured, high-performing team

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in rewarding our providers for their skill, effort, and loyalty:

• Part-Time: $40–$45/hour
• Full-Time: $85,000–$110,000 annually (based on experience and schedule)

Your Impact

As a Core NP, you’ll:

• Help patients overcome pain, avoid unnecessary surgeries, and return to work and life faster
• Perform advanced procedures (with training provided as needed) including joint injections, nerve blocks, PRP, migraine protocols, and more
• Educate patients on care plans and motivate them toward compliance and success
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to deliver life-changing outcomes
• Grow professionally through mentorship, leadership opportunities, and exposure to cutting-edge outpatient care
