Plant Manager – Food & Beverage Manufacturing Greven Executive Search is looking for a Plant Manager to lead a 190‑person plant in a fast‑paced food processing facility. The role focuses on developing vision, roadmap, and accountability to achieve sustainable results. Pay Range: $145,000 – $165,000 per year, with potential for annual bonus. Employment Type: Full‑time. Location: Kenosha, WI. Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior level. The Plant Manager will have responsibility for a 190 person plant, lead and develop a vision for the plant, create a roadmap to achieve it, and hold the team accountable. The role includes developing processes and systems to create sustainable results.
