Job Title: General Laborer Job Description

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility, including sweeping and stacking/loading blocks. You will monitor and operate machinery as needed to support block-making processes.

• Clean the facility as needed, including sweeping.
• Stack and load blocks efficiently.
• Monitor and operate block-making machinery as required.
• Unload finished products from conveyors.
• Perform general labor tasks, including housekeeping.
• Stand, walk, and lift while working on feet for extended periods.

• Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts, 6 days per week.
• Willingness to work up to 72 hours weekly, including day and night shifts.
• Comfortable with repetitive, physical labor in a manufacturing environment.
• Flexible with start times and shift changes.
• Strong attendance and reliability.

• Experience in outdoor industrial or construction settings preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools effectively.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Haines City, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
