Schedule:
Full-time student support will be available throughout the academic program. Workload may increase during enrollment, academic-progress, and program-completion periods.
Summary:
The Student Counseling Administrative Support Specialist will assist NNSY apprentices with academic administration, student services, and counseling-related needs throughout their participation in the program.
Requirements:
- Must have experience providing student services, counseling, or academic administrative support.
- Must possess strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Must understand institutional academic policies and procedures.
- Must appropriately protect confidential student information.
Duties:
- Provide students with educational and administrative assistance.
- Help resolve questions concerning academic and institutional processes.
- Coordinate appropriate student-service referrals when necessary.
- Support student academic-success and program-completion activities.
