The role focuses on listening to clients, asking the right questions, and guiding clients toward appropriate coverage with clear, personal support. Responsibilities Talk with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Build quotes, review policy details, and help clients make informed decisions. Develop lasting relationships through attentive service and thoughtful follow-up. Respond to questions, policy changes, and service requests with care and accuracy. Identify opportunities to round out coverage and protect what matters most to each client. Keep accurate records of client conversations, quotes, and policy activity. Work with the agency team to support a smooth and positive client experience. Stay current on product changes, carrier updates, and insurance regulations.
