Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Registered Nurse for a Cath Lab opportunity in Russellville, Arkansas. This position works alongside a dedicated Cath Lab team providing compassionate, high-quality care while assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

COMPENSATION
$72,800–$97,700 annual salary

SCHEDULE / WORK ARRANGEMENT
Full-Time
Monday–Friday
8-hour shifts
On-call approximately 10 days per month
Must live within 30 minutes of the facility to meet on-call requirements
Onsite in Russellville, AR 72801
Travel not required

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Cath Lab includes two Cath Labs supported by four interventional cardiologists and one diagnostic cardiologist. The department performs interventional coronary procedures and cardiac rhythm management. The facility does not perform bypass surgeries.

ROLE
• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Cath Lab.
• Assess patient needs and clinical condition.
• Administer treatments as appropriate.
• Promote patient comfort and safety throughout care.
• Collaborate with Cath Lab nurses, cardiologists, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Support interventional coronary procedures and cardiac rhythm management.
• Participate in the department's required on-call rotation. Requirements:

Requirements
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Arkansas REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years of Critical Care, ICU, OR Emergency Department experience REQUIRED
• Must live within 30 minutes of the facility to meet on-call requirements REQUIRED
• Ability to take call approximately 10 days per month REQUIRED
• Ability to work onsite in Russellville, AR REQUIRED

Preferred
• RCIS scrub experience
• Previous Imaging or Cath Lab experience
