RN Hospice Clinical Supervisor

Job Description for Clinical Supervisor AdvisaCare is seeking a strong Registered Nurse Hospice Clinical Supervisor to join our team in the Flint office location . Must hold an active Michigan state Registered Nurse License. The right candidate should be self-motivated, driven, out-going and efficient with their charting and review of documents. Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p mostly in office, but the need for assistance with occasional staffing cases will be required if needed. Supervisory visits with clients and field staff will also be done by the Clinical Supervisor routinely. Leadership experience Assessment and Care Planning Medication set up and reconciliation Supervisory and nurse visits Timely paperwork completion that meets DOH Compliance Standards Hospice or Palliative experience prefered Must be willing to travel within our main coverage area Positive team player who will also advocate for our clients and their needs Current MI State Registered Nurse License, TB test, CPR Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, organized with good time management skills Reliable transportation, MI Driver's License & Auto Insurance Experience with Wounds, Assessments, Medication set-up & Management Current and reliable cell phone and be easily reachable 1 year of Hospice experience 401K Retirement Plan Medical/Dental/Vision benefits available Vacation time Sick Pay / PTO / Holiday Pay Rewarding work environment Opportunity to grow with a great company #J-18808-Ljbffr
