Senior Manager, Communications Technology & Insights

Responsibilities Develop and drive the enterprise Communications Technology (CommTech) strategy, identifying system gaps, integration opportunities, and areas for scale, standardization, automation, and AI enablement in alignment with Danaher’s operating model and roadmap. Own and manage the CommTech ecosystem end-to-end, including solution selection, implementation oversight, governance, lifecycle management, optimization, and long-term sustainability in partnership with Communications, IT, Data Security and external vendors. Oversee implementation and optimization of core CommTech platforms, including monitoring and measurement tools, AI-enabled analytics or content creation solutions, and the enterprise media CRM—ensuring enterprise standards for security, data governance, scalability and reliable global insight. Build and evolve communications insights and performance reporting, developing dashboards, analytics pipelines, and measurement frameworks that translate Communications’ activity into actionable insights, strategic recommendations and enterprise KPIs. Standardize CommTech workflows and drive operational excellence, establishing adoption standards, governance models, training pathways, and continuous‑improvement practices that improve data quality, system performance, user adoption and end‑to‑end workflow efficiency across Enterprise, Platforms, and OpCos. Qualifications & Experience 6+ years of experience supporting modern Communications functions across communications technology, digital systems, analytics, or related fields, with a Bachelor’s degree required. Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that drive decision‑making and improve communications performance. Demonstrated ownership of enterprise‑scale technology platforms, including SaaS governance, large‑scale implementations, and change‑management initiatives. Deep expertise in communications technology and emerging AI‑enabled solutions, with hands‑on experience across communications platforms, media CRMs, and monitoring and analytics tools. Strong understanding of data governance, integrations, taxonomies, and metadata structures to ensure scalable, well‑governed communications ecosystems. Preferred Qualifications Experience applying AI, automation, or machine‑learning tools within Communications or Marketing environments and working effectively within highly matrixed, global organizations. Travel & Physical Requirements Estimated travel: 25%–30%. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary range: $110,000 – $140,000 (subject to change). Eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
