Shipping Coordinator

Position Summary: The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the shipment orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This role involves coordinating truck check-ins, prioritizing loading for on-time departures, proactively troubleshooting shipping-related issues, and processing and updating orders in various platforms while managing inventory. The role involves cross departmental collaboration with sales, operations, and transportation teams as well was external vendors such as dispatchers and transportation teams. This role reports directly to the Senior Shipping Manager. Schedule: This role requires schedule flexibility. The schedule will generally follow an every‑other‑week rotation between Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM PT, and Thursday through Monday, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM PT. Holidays may be required based on operational needs. Responsibilities: Track and ensure trucks have been checked in Monitor and update all Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETA’s) from prior shift, follow up on any missing trucks or delayed ETA’s Track inventory and communicate with dispatchers on load location and timing Prioritize loading for on-time-delivery (OTD) Coordinate, assist, and troubleshoot with Coolers on shipment delays Relay updates to Transportation department through concise and constant communication Monitor e-mails for changes, constantly update internal and external vendors through Google sheet tracker Process shipped orders using various platforms Report and enter recorders for customers on Recorder platforms Process and send appropriate export paperwork to customers (Canada) Enter inbounds (Mexico) in Famous tracking and communicate with sales department Check all orders, input freight, match data from Famous to Google Sheet, ensure all orders have accurate pricing Communicate with carrier on freight pricing Data and order entry in: ITrade, Procurant, OFX Requirements: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Proficient in PC skills including efficient typing Experience with Famous software is a plus Experience with iTrade, Retail-Link appointment scheduling, Procurant, Google Sheets a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to follow up via phone calls rather than relying on text and e‑mail Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks in fast‑paced environment Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and non‑standard hours. Compensation: The expected hourly rate for this role ranges from $26.00 to $30.00 based on experience and location. As a non‑exempt employee you will be eligible for overtime. #J-18808-Ljbffr
