Shift Supervisor
Join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. You'll oversee daily care services, lead and support resident service staff, and ensure residents receive compassionate, dignified care that promotes independence.
Shift: 6A-6:30P
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support care staff in delivering high-quality resident care.
- Ensure care plans are followed and updated as needed.
- Communicate with residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
- Enforce safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- CNA, CENA, MA, LPN, or equivalent experience.
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR/First Aid certification required.
- Experience working with elderly populations preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and assist residents with personal care.
