Job Description:

- Position and instruct patients for examinations, executing specialized studies with expertise and care.

Requirements:


- Education & Experience:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience (Preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree in radiologic technology or equivalent (Preferred).
- Minimum of three years' technical experience (Preferred).
- Experience as a Special Procedures Technologist (Preferred).

- Licenses/Certifications:
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification (Preferred).
- Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice (Required).
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required).
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification (Required).
- Fluoroscopy (FLUORO) certification (Required).
- Prevention and Management of Violent Behavior (PVMB) or Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) or Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification (Required).

Essential Functions:


- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment to produce contrast-enhanced radiographs of the heart and cardiovascular system during cardiac catheterization.
- Assist physicians with specialized procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
