Family Law Associate Attorney

We are Seeking a 4+ years experienced Family Law Associate to represent clients in complex family law matters, including custody disputes, high-asset financial issues, and domestic violence cases. Roles & Responsibilities Represent clients in complex family law matters including custody, domestic violence, and high-asset financial issues. Draft pleadings, discovery requests, financial disclosures, and related legal documents. Appear before judicial officers; handle mediations, hearings, settlement negotiations, and trials. Collaborate with attorneys and experts to develop case strategies and achieve optimal results. Engage in professional development and community involvement initiatives. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active membership with the State Bar of California. Minimum 4+ years of private firm family law experience. Ability to independently manage client matters effectively. Strong written and oral advocacy skills, particularly in court settings. Compensation & Benefits Compensation depends on experience.
