We're seeking a full-cycle Account Executive to help drive our outbound motion with SMB and mid-market restaurant groups. Austin, TX Full Time

Who We Are

Restoke is on a mission to modernize restaurant operations. Our platform helps restaurant groups automate and streamline back-of-house workflows - from ordering and inventory to recipes, prep, and reporting. We're already working with some of the most innovative and fastest-growing multi-location restaurants, and we're just getting started.

The Role

We're looking for a full-cycle Account Executive to help drive our outbound motion with SMB and mid-market restaurant groups. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on prospecting, running tailored demos, and closing deals - all while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and leadership.

You'll work on-site with our Austin-based team a few days a week, bringing energy and momentum to our sales efforts while helping us refine and scale how we go to market.

What You'll Do
  • Prospect, cold outreach, and qualify multi-location restaurant groups
  • Run high-quality discovery calls that reveal operational pain points
  • Deliver compelling product demos tailored to each prospect's context
  • Own the full deal cycle - from outreach through to close
  • Build pipeline and forecast accurately in HubSpot
  • Work closely with marketing, onboarding, and product to improve messaging and feedback loops
  • Contribute to optimizing outbound processes and cadences as we grow
What We're Looking For
  • 2–4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience (outbound required)
  • Demonstrated success prospecting and closing outbound opportunities
  • Strong storytelling and discovery skills — you know how to make your prospect feel heard and understood
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, early-stage environments
  • Bonus: experience selling to restaurants, hospitality tech, or ops-driven verticals
  • Based in Austin or willing to relocate — this is a hybrid role with in-office time required
Compensation & Benefits
  • $70,000 base + $70,000 variable ($140K OTE)
  • Uncapped commission with accelerators
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits

  • Hybrid schedule with office time in Austin
