GL Staffing is looking for a bilingual Spanish/English Recruiter & Service Coordinator to join our team in Lake Worth !
Responsibilities include:
• Recruiting and calling temporary employees for available assignments
• Processing new applicants and assisting with onboarding
• Communicating with employees regarding job assignments, schedules, and availability
• Providing excellent customer service to our temporary workforce
• Assisting with daily staffing and office needs
Requirements:
✅ Bilingual in Spanish & English
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Comfortable making phone calls and working with people
✅ Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
✅ Previous recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience is a plus
???? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
???? Location: Lake Worth, FL
