GENERAL SUMMARY
Assists the Plant Manager in directing and overseeing the daily operation of the plant.
Perform duties of the Plant Manager in his absence.
Major Responsibilities:
- Assist in production and distribution functions.
- Assists in monthly inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinates the upkeep and cleanliness of the plant premises inside and out.
- Promotes and enforces safety policy at the location.
- Principle Tasks:
- Support’s plant operations
- Customer quality issues
- Responds to all complaints for resolution.
- Enforces policies and procedures from upper management for the company.
- Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
- Ability to communicate.
- Decision making & problem solving.
- Team oriented
